    Works very well

    Well packaged, arrived in perfect condition.
    This NAS replaces a D-Link DNS-385 NAS which was very noisy and exasperatingly slow.
    The Asustor is much faster in network transfers (PC to NAS) and in transfers between the NAS and the USB drive connected to the NAS.
    The built-in file manager works very well and lets you make copies between the two drives (NAS and USB), unlike the D-Link's.
    Clear interface in French
    Not noisy thanks to the large fan.
    The automatic installation procedure is amazingly simple and effective.
    It configured the 4 hard disks in RAID 5 very quickly.
    Apparently security against ransomware has been reinforced and the manual (in French) explains how to change the default ports and administrator name.
    In short, everything's fine.
    I feel like saying: it's normal, it's ASUS (I'm very happy with their products, motherboard, screen and now NAS).
