I want to return a product under warranty. How are the return costs covered?

As part of the LDLC warranty, we offer all our customers living in Metropolitan France and Belgium a prepaid return voucher that allows them to return the most common products free of charge (products weighing less than 30 kilos that can be picked up by the Post Office). If there is no prepaid transport voucher, the postage costs for the material's return within the first two months after reception are refunded through a purchase voucher. The voucher's amount is calculated on the basis of the return postage rate for a prepaid parcel (Colissimo for France, Kilopost EU for Belgium, Swisspost Postpac Int. ECO for Switzerland, etc.). The voucher is valid for 3 months from date of issue.

Can I choose to have the manufacturer's warranty applied first?

Of course! Many products also benefit from a commercial warranty handled directly by the manufacturer. This is often the quickest way to deal with the warranty. Most laptops, monitors, printers and hi-fi / home cinema systems can be repaired or replaced directly by the manufacturer or its network of technical stations.
