Quiet and fast
Small, fast and very quiet. Perfectly suited for a living room for example.
It is beautiful, solid and looks well made. It comes with heat sinks for the memories and the thermal paste that goes with it.
The hardware is superior to the competition (Synology) at the same price.
The M2 NVMe hard drive memory runs on PCIexpress 2 lanes for 2GB/s of throughput which is still very good but there is no need to buy more than the GEN3 which would be more expensive.
Easy to set up ethernet port aggregation with just an unmanaged switch. It gives 5GB/s which is very good for the price and usage.
8GB of memory is enough for now. Not possible to add more but possible to create a partition on the storage and allocate it in addition to the 8GB.
It exudes speed and power despite its small size. It hardly heats up at all, even when the memories are working. The fan speeds up discreetly when needed.
