Works correctly on Win 10. No visible slowdown from a motherboard controller.
Only one minor remark: the two hard drives connected to it appear in the "you can eject" list .... "Just be careful not to make a mistake when ejecting a USB stick.

The note reflects the non-compatibility with my dell workstation! I only had one slot available in x4 and nothing worked so I reused the dell sas controller.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a different controller.
Although described by LDLC as being compatible with Linux, this card (Chipset 88SE9128) only works, according to the manufacturer, with Linux kernels whose version is between 3.5 and 4.4. What I was able to verify. It is therefore impossible to upgrade a Linux machine running with this card.
A positive point: the professionalism of LDLC which, one month after the order, accepts a return.
One question remains about this surprising restriction of Linux compatibility on the part of the manufacturer: would it be the choice to favour the Microsoft driver?
