The QNAP TS-h1677XU-RP-3700X-32G 3U rackmount NAS offers 16 2.5"/3.5" bays. It features an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor (8 cores/16 threads) and is powered by the QuTS Hero 128-bit ZFS-based operating system. It is also scalable with up to 128GB of DDR4 memory and offers 4 PCIe 3.0 slots. The TS-h1677XU-RP offers server-grade performance with high reliability. The 2 x 10Gbps SFP+ ports help improve the performance of bandwidth-intensive applications and reduce CPU load. In addition, the TS-h1677XU-RP scale-out NAS meets the growing data storage needs, as well as advanced features such as over-provisioning on SSD, full virtualization support, and more.

PCI-Express expansion card slot
The TS-h1677XU-RP has 4 PCIe Gen3 slots (one of which is already occupied by a card with two 10Gbps SFP+ ports) that allows for the installation of various expansion cards to tailor the use of the NAS according to the business needs. Whether it's adding expansion units with a SAS card, increasing bandwidth with a 40 GbE card or adding SSDs for increased cache and performance.
Built for virtualisation
The TS-h1677XU-RP supports iSCSI LUNs as a high-performance, reliable, and affordable storage solution for VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Windows Server 2019 virtualization environments.
It also supports VMware VAAI and Microsof ODX to improve performance by offloading server load for ESXi server and Hyper-V, respectively. QNAP vSphere Client plug-in and Web plug-in are also supported to increase operations and management efficiency in virtualization applications.
