The integrated 10 GbE and 2.5 GbE RJ-45 ports ensure impressive sequential throughput, as well as high random IOPS performance, ideal for professional environments.

Thanks to support for Qtier technology with the QuTS hero h6.0 system, the TVS-h1277AX-R5-16G optimizes data allocation between U.2 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSDs (for hot data) and HDDs (for cold data). This intelligent tiering helps balance performance and cost, while ensuring ultra-fast access to frequently used files. The NAS also offers 8 bays for 3.5-inch drives, providing expandable storage capacity according to your needs.
Advanced virtualization and security
Designed for virtualization, the TVS-h1277AX-R5-16G supports the simultaneous running of multiple virtual machines (Windows, Linux, UNIX, Android) and containers (LXD, Docker). With the option to add a dedicated graphics card (up to 200 W, dedicated to AI) via the 3 PCIe Gen 4 slots, GPU passthrough improves performance for graphics-intensive tasks. On the security side, the NAS includes advanced features such as IP filtering, two-factor authentication (2FA), and proactive threat detection via Security Center and Malware Remover.

The TVS-h1277AX-R5-16G facilitates team collaboration thanks to protocols such as NFS over RDMA, which reduces latency and improves performance for workstations or AI supercomputers.
