Quiet and reliable
Installed in a Synology 4 bay NAS. Very well packaged by Toshiba.
Originally I deliberately bought different makes & models to avoid simultaneous failures. This one is to replace a Seagate Barracuda 6 TB (ST6000DM003) which failed after only 2 1/2 years (too many I/O errors in the SMART). It seems to me that this Toshiba is much quieter. So finally, I made an exception to my brand mix: this is my 2nd one (the other one was bought a little more than 6 months ago). So very satisfied. I recommend it.
