Hard drive received quickly and well packaged.
I had initially mistakenly ordered an unavailable hard drive; after a phone call to customer service, in 5 minutes, the problem was solved by sending another equivalent model, available and at the same price or even a little cheaper...
Good read and write speeds, without noise
Plenty of capacity for storing photos and office work, and for sharing the risk of data loss with the main hard drive
A good drive, for the moment at least. At 7200 rpm, it's a little noisier than the WD20EZRZ model I had previously.
Sound advice, super-fast service, product available, very friendly staff... Purchase completed in 5 minutes!
So far, the hard drive seems very efficient and easy to use. Very slight noise when writing/reading, almost imperceptible.
