To replace a 1TB WD red HDD in a "tower PC" (in order to keep the old one, and recycle the PC for another user). Preparation of the disk using a SPYKER docking station (activation, partitioning, copying of files etc...) without worry.
I ordered a 2TB hard drive and received it on time and impeccably packaged. I'd definitely recommend it.
I bought this DD in a hurry after a Seagate Barracuda 2TO DD suddenly broke down.
LDLC turned out to be the cheapest 2TO Western Digital I could find on the Internet. (It's my second Seagate out of order, I didn't want it anymore and I was looking for a much more reliable WD).
It was delivered very quickly in 3 days instead of the 24 hour service I had paid for.
LDLC were very helpful and the advisor I spoke to on the phone was very straightforward and reimbursed me for the cost of the 24 hour delivery that had not been carried out by the transport company (Chronopos).
What's more, he confirmed that their LDLC shop in Avignon runs a data recovery service.
This will be my next contact.
