Product OK, service needs improvement
Hello. No issues with the product, even though I had to cancel an order on the website and purchase it in-store: it's a shame that in-store stock isn't included in the online shopping channel.
My other point for improvement relates to service. When you buy a hard drive in a shop, you expect advice: check that you have all the cables to connect to the motherboard, check the mounting systems for tower installation. I didn't get any information. So I had to fend for myself on the day with a local salesperson who gave me a SATA cable.
