Lack of space, so new purchase to set up a new mirrored pool with the Seagate Ironwolf.
I purchased this drive to add to my QNAP NAS.
It is the third 10TB drive in this enclosure.
I can confirm that it is much, much noisier than the other two (other brands). It vibrates a lot and causes my entire NAS, shelf and wall to vibrate.
I've tried opening the case and padding it with foam, but so far nothing has worked.
Otherwise, it works well.

Following transport issues, I had a contact person who resolved the problem perfectly and quickly.

Moral: When your drives pull a fast one on you, LDLC plays the role of deus ex machina.
Purchase of two WD RED Plus 4Tb to replace two Seagate Ironwolf. 4 TB. The two Seagates quickly developed faulty sectors. On a NAS with 4 Seagate HDDs, as a precaution, I replaced the two faulty HDDs with the WDs.
The result of the replacement was unexpected but interesting. The NAS is much more responsive, one of the seagate HDDs was the system disk.
Access to disk info (SMART, etc.) faster on the WDs than on the seagates.
Result: The seagates were the subject of an RMA procedure and will remain in reserve. In the event of a malfunction on my other seagates, I would replace them with WDs,
