Following an error, I sent back my HDD (which was refunded) and I received the new one the next day.
As usual, people who listen and who know how to find the right solutions, and a top-notch after-sales service.
I'd definitely recommend them.
Purchased for an OpenBSD server, works perfectly, packaging could have been a bit more protective for an HDD, but S.M.A.R.T. tests passed without any problems.
