HDD's are becoming more and more neglected, but they are still excellent and reliable media for storing personal data safely and over long periods of time.
It is not a good idea to put games on it, but to secure your data on your laptop.
As described and functional. To be seen after a few years of course.

Good quality, arrived well packed, works fast and well, capacity as stated, nothing to complain about the product
Contrary to the dimensions given by LDLC, the thickness is 7mm and not 9.5. According to what is written on the box, the L200 2TB is 9.5mm thick, but the L200 1TB is 7mm. No particular problems other than that.
Very minimalist packaging even though it's not a BULK... shame. No bubble wrap in the package, just the HD box and not even the invoice. I had a little trouble booting it, but thanks to my old hard drive, I was able to do it. It's perfect except for that.
