It's a shame there's no USB connection to switch off the computer, but in my case that's not a problem as I've got another UPS for the NAS in another room that can do the job. Otherwise, no problems after a few weeks of use ... but I haven't had any power cuts yet!
I have been using the inverter for over a month now and so far it has worked without any problems. I have not yet experienced a prolonged power cut but I have already had many brownouts and micro cuts and the unit has taken over each time. As far as the exterior of the inverter is concerned, the finish is good and seems to reflect good workmanship.
