Problem with the product
I didn't assemble the PC straight away because the price of the graphics cards meant that I had to order them in two different months. The motherboard I received didn't work. I had to call support for technical assistance, which confirmed that the motherboard I had received was indeed faulty. The motherboard box and the box it came in were not damaged and all the pins are OK, so it's not the fault of LDLC or the delivery company. A ticket is being sent to support about this.
My rating is therefore 1 star because the product I bought failed as soon as I put it into service, but this does not concern LDLC as such, I will continue to use the online shop.
