I called on LDLC to repair my 10-year-old desktop PC. After diagnostics, the problem was coming from the motherboard (MSI A32M Bazooka), which therefore had to be replaced (+ change the processor and install an SSD hard drive). Today my computer works perfectly (under Linux Mint), I can play games via proton on Steam and do photo retouching and light video editing without any issues.
works well, practical wifi, well integrated into the new tower, motherboard sufficient for my office and web use
the top score is due to the quality of the service, the way our questions are taken into account, the educational nature of the information and the advice on how to use the computer and its software . We don't hesitate to go back and ask questions, to ask for live demonstrations, which makes the service superior to any intervention via the Internet. Very satisfied!
The motherboard on my assembled PC gave out after seven years (not bad at all) but now we have to change it and the power supply at the same time, as well as the processor. LDLC has made a good choice in terms of value for money. By staying in the same product range while refreshing the configuration of my tower.
The whole thing didn't ruin me and will give my PC a boost for many years to come.
