    A helmet to forget!

    I bought these headphones from LDLC Metz Augny but :
    The first one had a defect in the jack (it was bent). I was able to get an exchange, which is not systematic even with a premium guarantee.
    The second headset broke after cracks appeared on both sides of the headset during normal use. It was very difficult to get an exchange.
    Finally, on the third headset, the mute button doesn't work, and the sound coming out of the microphone is very poor.
    In view of the last reception in the LDLC Metz Augny shop, I'll settle for the latter, as I no longer believe in a possible new exchange.
    A shop and a headset to be avoided.

    Good quality but average audio

    Well packaged headphones,
