very good product
Very good product, the only fault is the micro USB charging, it would have been better with a USB C.

Very good product, the only fault is the micro USB charging, it would have been better with a USB C.
The headset volume cannot be adjusted using the volume + and - buttons when using the headset on a PS4 or PS5.
To change the volume, you have to go through the console menus, which makes the headset difficult to use on a console.
On the other hand, everything works fine when the headset is used on a PC.
The headset's reception key sucks.
I started having problems not even 2 months after buying the headphones.
As a result, the sound is rubbish, it crackles.
The battery life isn't great either.
The microphone, rigid or soft, also sucks.
Second pair of headphones I've bought, the first lasted 6 years before having major problems.
Clean headphones, not too heavy, good stitching on the ear cushions and, of course, great sound.
Honestly, given some of the reviews on the internet about the Corsair VOID RGB Elite Wireless, I was a little hesitant, but after testing it for 1 month, I'm satisfied with this headset. The battery life is good, so it should last at least a day, then you can recharge it during use just in case, but otherwise the audio quality is good and so is the microphone sound, which is very light compared to my old Razer.
