Product as described. Indicated as a single jack, but the headset comes with an adapter that splits into 2 jacks for the mic and the headset, useful depending on your setup.
The wire is not the longest of the category, to be taken into account before purchase in case of positioning far from the tower.
I've only owned it for a few weeks, so I can't comment on the long term wear and tear.
