High-fidelity audio immersion
The ASUS ROG Khitara is a wired gaming headset designed to combine high-fidelity listening with clear in-game communication. It is aimed at PC and console gamers, as well as users who want to enjoy detailed sound from a variety of audio sources. Its open design aims to provide a more natural soundstage, while its connectivity and adapters make it easy to use with a variety of equipment, from PCs to compatible mobile devices.
Crystal-clear, ultra-precise sound
The ROG Kithara features ROG-optimised 100mm HIFIMAN planar magnetic drivers with a claimed frequency response of 8Hz to 55kHz. Its open-back design promotes a more spacious soundstage and clear separation between bass, midrange and treble, which is useful for audio positioning.
On the communication side, the MEMS microphone integrated into the cable covers 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The headphones feature dual 3.5 mm inputs (separate audio and microphone) to limit crosstalk, and include a cable with interchangeable plugs (3.5 mm/6.3 mm unbalanced and 4.4 mm balanced) and a USB-C adapter.
