ASUS ROG Cetra Open Wireless are open-design gaming earphones designed to deliver immersive sound while allowing you to remain aware of your surroundings. Designed around a dual-mode wireless connection, the Cetra Open Wireless combines Bluetooth and ROG SpeedNova 2.4 GHz technology via a USB-C dongle, with ultra-low latency at 2.4 GHz. The 14mm speakers with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragms aim for detailed sound reproduction, while built-in audio profiles, including Phantom Bass and Immersion, allow you to tailor your listening experience.
For communication, the headset features a Quad-Mic with AI noise cancellation to improve voice clarity in games or calls. The open design and ergonomic ear hooks are complemented by a detachable neck strap.

I was very skeptical at first and I must say I'm pleasantly surprised.
Excellent sound quality, whether for gaming or music.
Top comfort.
The big surprise is that we have to use another application (gear link).
It works wonderfully!!
Well, I've been looking for this type of product for years and, unfortunately, it didn't exist until now.
Obviously, this type of open earbuds won't isolate you like a headset with noise reduction, etc. But the sound spatialization is good. The in-game sound is really very good. You can pair two devices at the same time on the earbuds and charging is really fast and lasts very well.
It's an investment but it's really worth the cost!
I never write reviews and I buy a product even less when it first comes out. Yet here I am doing both — and that says it all. The ASUS ROG Cetra Open Wireless are the only earbuds available in Europe that bring together exactly what I was looking for.
The low-latency USB dongle is a real success: direct connection, zero latency, and no issues with my KVM to switch between my work PC and my gaming PC.
Excellent comfort for prolonged use. The sound is very good for open-ear — and precisely, you can hear your surroundings perfectly, which is exactly the point.
The real surprise: the mic. My Discord friends and colleagues confirmed it to me, it is outstanding for earbuds. So good that I got rid of my standalone mic — setup radically simplified.
It’s expensive, but compared to the price of a good gaming headset with a mic, while enjoying open-ear: 100% recommended.
