A USB 3.1 Type-C storage solution designed to accommodate 8 2.5" / 3.5" drives
This 8-bay IB-3780-C31 storage enclosure fromICY BOX is designed to accommodate up to eight 2.5" or 3.5" drives. It is a durable aluminum enclosure that offers efficient thermal dissipation and uses two rear fans to keep your drives cool during long hours of operation. When the host device is not in use or the data transfer cable is not connected, theIB-3780-C31 automatically goes into standby mode. In addition, each drive bay has an LED indicator to provide information on hard disk activity (read/write), fan settings and synchronisation status. The connection between the host PC and the external enclosure is made via a USB 3.1 Type-C port. Thanks to the USB 3.1 (Gen 2) protocol, a high data transfer rate of up to 10 Gbit / s can be achieved.
