I would not rate this as a 10 because of the shipping packaging.
The hard drives are not wedged and the packages are mishandled by the carriers.
The cost and fragility of this type of equipment is such that it can give you a few scares. A very big effort needs to be made on this side.
For the moment it works well and performs well.
