I ordered two disks to put in raid 0, problem, one of the two heats and makes a noise of saucepan. In absolute terms it works, and the analysis with the Seagate software gives nothing, so no exchange. But given its condition, installing it for sensitive backups is out of the question. I've been a customer here for many years, so I'm a bit disappointed that the problem isn't being dealt with.

My previous experience with Western Digital had cooled me down: The top of the line drive, Gold series, bought directly on the WD site, and received corrupted. (tested and sent back). So I didn't know where to turn to buy a very reliable drive, certainly not Amazon or Darty. I know that the LDLC managers are computer professionals and that they attach importance to quality ... and already they have a face.
