Complete satisfaction so far with this Seagate series, let's hope they last as long as some WD that are already 10 years old!
Not much noise in my opinion, but that remains subjective.
Fulfills its role perfectly. Completely fast and powerful for personal and semi-professional use (storage only of documents nothing particularly heavy)
Disks similar to those found in a data centre. Designed to run 24/7, they are reliable but can be a bit noisy if you do a lot of reading/writing.
Very good for a NAS.
No complaints.
Delivery took longer than expected, but that was due to bad weather (snow).
The NAS is very easy to install and the hard drives seem to be working perfectly.
I still need to figure out how to optimise transfer rates, but I'm coming from an old 4-bay QNAP from 2009... the update is very welcome (especially in terms of software features such as remote control).
Very good Seagate Ironwolf Pro 12TB hard drive for a Ugreen NAS. Considering buying the same ones again. With the same size.
