Functional product but not adapted
I bought this product to be able to connect a snakebyte gamepad pro x controller to my ps3, but this product only supports native controllers specific to each console, and is mainly designed to use keyboard and mouse and headset, which was not detailed on the technical sheet and not very clear. So I'm in the process of returning it.
I've given them 4 stars for the quality of the returns service: I was able to contact a technician easily on a Saturday afternoon, and the product was taken back without any problems despite being unpacked (which is only legal, article 10.6 of the terms and conditions, you can unpack as long as you don't alter the product, but that's not the case everywhere), pleasant and efficient technician, email received straight away, no costs for me, just print out the vouchers, make a parcel and off you go to the post office (and there are also other possibilities for return locations), refund expected within 14 days of return. And they're going to edit the data sheet to make it clearer.
