Product incompatible with existing hardware! I also bought a keyboard that was also incompatible with the hardware.
These 2 products were compatible with no problem for the sales staff, who were sure of themselves and took me for an ignoramus, making it impossible to request a refund!
Very, very unpleasant and incompetent sales staff!
