A little disappointed by this rather expensive headset for what are in the end rather mediocre qualities. The sound quality doesn't seem to be any better for video conferencing than on lower-end headsets. The speakers are certainly not sufficient to listen to music with satisfaction...
I bought this headset for my daughter, who chats a lot on Discord with her fellow students. The sound, both for her and those listening, is very bad. I have since discovered that if a headset is fully Discord compatible, it says so on the packaging. However, if it is not, it is obviously not indicated. Non-exchangeable headphones, so a useless purchase.
The microphone filters the voice very well and captures almost no other sound (not even mouth noise). The sound of the headphones is very good and they do not block the ears, you can always hear your surroundings.
The only flaw I find is the comfort, I end up with ear pain if I use it a lot. It's only after a few hours but I've seen better on other headsets.
I use it with Teams for telecommuting or gaming, it is perfect.
Good sound quality, the buttons (volume/mute) are very practical in conversation.
Lightweight and easy to install. Good quality headphones and microphone. The control box is very practical. Ideal for (many) Zoom meetings.
