DS1825+: Powerful and Scalable Business NAS
The Synology DiskStation DS1825+ is a high-performance 8-bay network-attached storage solution that supports all aspects of your business with powerful data management, collaboration and networking tools, and comprehensive data protection mechanisms in a desktop chassis. The two built-in M.2 SSD slots and Synology's SSD cache technology allow you to improve system and application I/O performance.
Its AMD Ryzen V1500B processor (4-Core/8-Threads) and DDR4 ECC memory (expandable to 32GB) ensure smooth handling of heavy workloads and multitasking. The Synology DiskStation DS1825+ accepts only Synology hard disks; Compatible series: HAT5300 (3.5"), HAT3300 (2.5") and SNV3400/SNV5400 (M.2).
Scalable NAS
The Synology DS1825+ is a powerful 8-bay desktop NAS that delivers enterprise-class storage performance. Storage capacity can be increased to up to 18 drives with two Synology DX525 expansion units.
The DS1825+ is equipped with a Btrfs file system optimised by Synology to offer you high reliability and performance. Btrfs supports advanced storage technologies that meet the needs of modern businesses.
SSD Cache
The DS1825+ features built-in M.2 SSD cache slots, capable of delivering I/O response speed 20 times faster than HDDs, without taking up front disk bays.
File management and sharing
File Station is a fast, secure, web-based file management tool. It can be used by simple drag-and-drop without complicated settings on Mac or PC. Advanced search and filter tools make it easy to organise and share files. For full compatibility, the DS1625 + supports the following protocols: AFP, FTP, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, WebDAV.
Collaborate on your private cloud
Synology Office is a collaborative package that combines the comfort and ease of use of public clouds with the data privacy and security of private clouds. It allows you to work seamlessly on documents and spreadsheets in a protected environment.
