The best gaming keyboard from SteelSeries in 2023!
SteelSeries has pulled out all the stops this year with its latest jewel, the Apex Pro TKL, and this time it's truly wireless and compact! The design is perfect, the RGB backlighting is sublime and can be customised using the SteelSeries Engine (GG) software. Switch presses are precise (omnipoint of 0.2mm), which is very satisfying, especially for competitive games that require a fairly fast In-Game key input response. However, for non-gaming applications, an omnipoint of between 2 and 3mm is more than sufficient. There are 3 possible connection modes (wired, Bluetooth and RF 2.4Ghz), which is very practical if you want to get rid of the cable or switch to wired mode when the battery runs out to continue your gaming session while recharging, so it's very versatile. Now that I've got the plusses out of the way, I'll move on to the minuses, and to tell the truth, I don't really have any real faults to criticise, apart perhaps from the price, which is a little too high for my liking, but which I think is justified by the keyboard's mini-OLED screen. Otherwise, it meets all the criteria that a casual or pro gamer would expect from this type of range, so it's perfect for anyone looking for a really good gaming keyboard with ultra-fast key response for E-Sports and gaming in general. I highly recommend it!
