Noctua NM-i4189 Mounting Kit

Noctua's NM-i4189 Mounting Kit enables the installation of the Noctua DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series coolers on Intel LGA4189 (Whitley) platforms for 3rd generation Xeon Scalable CPUs running the Ice Lake-SP platform (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) and W-3300 series workstation CPUs (Ice Lake-64189) 3^rdgeneration Xeon Scalable CPUs running on the Ice Lake-SP platform (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) and the W-3300 series workstation CPUs (Ice Lake-64L). By incorporating Intel standard features such as anti-tilt, Torx T30 Peek hardware and a CPU support frame for the W-3300 series, the LGA4189-4 (PGA) is able to provide a high level of performance and reliability. LGA4189-4 (P4), the NM-i4189 is fully compliant with Intel's installation guidelines and follows a mounting procedure familiar to experienced LGA4189 users.

Information provided by our tech department The NM-i4189 is only compatible with DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series CPU coolers. This p-fixing kit is also compatible with P5 sockets (LGA4189-5) dedicated to Intel Cooper Lake processors but requires a specific support frame for this socket, available on request through Noctua customer service.
