The Noctua NH-U12S DX-4189 heatsink features a larger contact area tailored to LGA4189-4 platforms. Based on the proven NH-U12S heatsink and equipped with two Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans, it combines high performance with excellent compatibility. Complemented by the SecuFirm2 professional mounting system and pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound, the NH-U12S DX-4189 forms a package for quietly and efficiently cooling LGA4189-4-based Xeon workstations and servers.

- Dedicated DX-4189-4 customised cooler for Intel's LGA4189-4 professional platform for LGA4189 (Whitley), Xeon Scalable 3rd generation Ice Lake-SP processors (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze) and W-3300 series CPUs (Ice Lake-64L).
- 70 x 56mm copper contact surface specifically designed to fit the heat sink (IHS) format of processors dedicated to Intel socket LGA4189.
- Compatible with E1A, E1B and E1C frames.
- Compact format : With a thickness of just 125mm, the NH-U12S DX-4189 frees up 100% of the area dedicated to PCIe slots and does not encroach on the latest PCIe x16 slot. With a height of just 158mm, it is also ideal for even the most compact cases.
- The NH-U12S DX-4189 is equipped with two NF-A12x25 PWM fans. This dual fan configuration in push-pull mode delivers a remarkable level of performance, given the compact size of the ventirad.
