    Very good, quiet

Does the job, my ryzen 7 3700x stays at 30°c in idel (not tested full load), less than the PCH chipset (34°c).
In office use, no noticeable noise (running at 600rpm)
Given the size of the fan, it should not be thicker than 25mm.

    really quiet

The real bonus: it comes with a high-quality, magnetic crosshead screwdriver.
It does not make any noise.
a little minus: a little short on thermal paste and moderately clear instructions

    Don't worry, I'm telling you, it'll pass!

I invested in this little toy following the installation of an AMD 2600X proco (intended to be overclocked in a modest way). Thanks to this little toy, the processor doesn't manage to exceed 40°C on a hot day (28°C) while running at 4.2GHz.
That was for the efficiency of the device. I propose to you to pass in addition to its almost non-existent noise to speak about assembly.
As expected, the fan doesn't encroach on the RAM slots in any way. Another potential point of vigilance, the rear part of the GM RT does not conflict with the end plates of the high-end motherboards (these bits of plastic to hide the misery) in any case I did not encounter any problems with my Asrock Taichi which is in the standard of the HG market. No problem with the graphics card either. As far as the assembly itself is concerned, a third hand is welcome but with a little bit of know-how you can screw it in without too much trouble yourself.
In conclusion: efficient, well designed, go for it if you have space in your case
