BE QUIET! SHADOW ROCK 3
I've installed a ventirad on an I5 11400 and it cools it down wonderfully. Even if you have an I7 or a Ryzen 7, you can go for it. In my opinion, I9s and Ryzen 9s will need even more cooling.
