Very good Ventirad
Following a faulty installation of Intel's default ventirad, I was recommended a ventirad for less than 40, which was easier to install and much more efficient, and indeed it is much more efficient.
My i5-12400F hasn't reached 70°C since I got this one. I'm planning to change my processor for a 14th generation and I saw on the LDLC site that it would do just as well. I recommend it for minimal noise (even when playing Red Dead Redemption 2) and for a more than reasonable price.
That said, it's not enough for configurations that don't consume too much power, so opt for watercooling for processors that consume (and therefore heat up) more than i5/Ryzen 5s. Anyway, that's just my opinion.
