Good hardware but bad software
I'm not usually using the advanced features of the software, but I install it at first just to cut the beep during power cuts which are really unpleasant at night while you're sleeping. And the surprise is that I've never seen such a bad software, first of all their website to get the software is not practical and disconnects if you use an ad blocker, then the software itself makes your life miserable for using license codes (what? we're going to hack and use their software without buying the UPS? I don't see the point as it only works for their product), then it makes your life miserable to register with email and password, then after 45min of hard work you get to the software screen that asks for passwords to connect to the inverter, I've been using the software for a while now and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it again, but I'm sure I'm going to be able to use it again, I fired the software and everything worked straight away, So to finish if you just want to plug it in without doing any adjustment or using the software functions it's fine, if you want to use advanced functions that require the software go ahead and don't buy anything from this brand because it's the same software for all their products.
