it's a real shame
the headphones are very good, in listening or transmission ...

there are too many bugs... link to the software .... after a year I'm fed up

The sound: perfect
The signal length ? look at the specifications it is exactly as indicated.
Don't forget to install Epos gaming suites and you can set up the perfect sound.
I have one slight flaw: the headset is made of three materials (very nice) but between the leatherette sticking to the ear and the wicking fabric next to it, it's ripped.
Comfort: If you like headphones that hug your ears, this is for you.

sound : The sound is really good after you make your own opinion but I find it very good
the dongle : The connection is really fast; turning on and off the headset is natural
the buttons: The buttons on the headphones are very good, the sound wheel is not grained but quite resistant
The microphone is good but I expect better from a headset of this price even if I have one separately.
The only problem is the dongle distance which is only 10 meters.
I received my perfect headset, put it on my ears and started my game, and then when I turned my head I heard a "click-click" and I realized that with each movement of my head I had the right to a noise of plastic that went in my left ear. It's very disappointing at this price, it's one of the most expensive on the site...
I have ordered a second time from LDLC and I have had a problem for the second time, although the first order was also a high end product "Quadstellar box".

Very good sound definition
Possibility to save several audio profiles allowing to have optimal settings according to the need (telecommuting, gaming, music, film,...)
Audio equalizer preset on the default profiles, but fully customizable.
Very comfortable, it knows how to be forgotten. Even after a day of telecommuting with some video games (where the 7.1 is very correct).
I don't regret this purchase.
A very good headset, you will not find better on the market in terms of sound quality, that is undeniable. Correct functionality. Completely useless software... which does not change the sound aspect but on the contrary degrades it.
You hear crackling noise most of the time, if you use other dongles for your WIFI or mouse, just forget about this headset and go for wired.
A very disappointing dongle that is unable to support USB 3.0 and above. The speed of this type of port is so high that it literally burns the dongle out. After 2 hours of use, the dongle kept shutting down every 20 minutes, sometimes more, sometimes less. (internal self-protection?), after 9 hours of use it finally gave up the ghost. The components inside are most likely of poor quality (just to save money...). Having used a lot of dongles in the past and still today, this is probably the worst I've had to deal with.
The wireless aspect has simply devalued this headset. It's a shame at this price.

Most wireless dongles operate in the 2.4 GHz frequency band. As the number of bands is limited in this spectrum, it is possible that placing several dongles too close to each other can cause interference.
However, our dongles do support USB 3.0. It is therefore likely that the dongle you received with your headset is defective.
