A very good headset, when it accepts recharging
First model received in June 2023, from November 2023, the helmet refused to charge.
New helmet returned in November, this one lasted until April.
Fortunately, as usual, LDLC's after-sales service is top-notch, whether by email, phone or Twitter.
I changed models and went to see the competition.
It's a shame, because this headset really has it all,
It's comfortable, it's got really good sound, and it's got really good battery life.
Unfortunately, if you search the net for charging problems with the Astro A50 Wireless Gen 4, I'm not the only one concerned.
For the price of the equipment, it's a bit indecent...
