I took this product rather than the ref EAP235 and big disappointment, wifi limited to 20mhz, band 5ghz very little powerful, and especially RJ45 interface limited to 100mbps so much to say that the wifi is very bad
I advise more the model EAP235 which makes him very well the work for the little difference in price
This wifi terminal provides a very good network, installed in a living room on the ground floor. On the floor above, the worst reception gives 265Mbs, and 460Mbs in the best place! That is to say almost the native speed of the box in Ethernet (480Mbs). The associated software is not very suitable for home use, but I was able to create an SSID and a password quite easily, well secured.
100% satisfied with this access point. High performance, aesthetic, easy to install. Powered from the electrical panel by a TL-POE150S POE injector of the same brand.
Good wifi access point, switch function very practical to be able to put antennas in series, super easy setting, put the connector at the back and not at all practical and very very fragile, and attention the Ethernet arrival is limited to 100 megabit second, therefore even with a fiber arrival you will never have more than 100 mo one would be Armand 866 mbps announce which are just between device within the same network
