This headset is both simple and very pleasant to use, its design providing a comfort that allows it to be used for long sessions without the discomfort or "weight" that can be experienced with other headsets. It's a pity that its capabilities (7.1) have to be paid for at a premium. This is the only reason I will not be returning to RAZER.
This headset is monstrous and the vibration is a great idea. It's like playing live music and games and you're immersed in it. I've been using them for a while now and I'm very happy with the way they work. I recommend it and the delivery/packaging is perfect.
Great headset I bought after my old Razer headset broke (Razer Nari Non Utimate no longer available) and I'm not disappointed however having the haptic feedback means the battery doesn't last as long as the "normal" version of this headset, this feature can be disabled.
Really good headphones. The sound is good, the fit is good. Some people complain about the fit of the headphones on the head. I'm doing 54 in headband and nothing to report.
The spatialization is good too
I've been using it for a while now and I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time.
The haptic feedback is a bit of a gimmick. I was reading comments saying that once you've tried it, you won't be able to do without it...
In fact, it's like the vibrations of a controller. It's cool but far from essential.
It's possible to listen to music with the haptics, but the thing that's a shame is that the minimum is quite powerful, so it vibrates quite a bit. So it's really suitable for video games or movie watching, it vibrates when it explodes etc.
The headset also smells good. There is a usb receiver so it's not possible to connect it to bluetooth directly. There is a jack cable for that.

The haptic feedback is excellent for movies, music and games, with the THX Spatial you get a real cinema feel. For example, having seen DBS Broly in the cinema, I felt very similar sound sensations with the headphones.
The headphones are bulky but very light once on the head.
I had a doubt about the ear cushions but they are also very comfortable, no excessive heat and therefore no sweating.
The microphone is very good but a bit complicated to adjust if you like to turn the sound up loud like me, the feedback of the vibrations and the sound is reflected in the microphone. Also the synapse software is not very friendly with Discord.
Once you have found the right settings you are in the clear.

Here is my opinion after 3 months of use.
I can wear it for several hours without it heating up my ears.
I had the problem with my old helmet that the cushions were on my ears. Now my ears are in the helmet and it's so nice.
The weight, for me it is not a problem, it is even so pleasant (well for me).
As far as the sound is concerned. It's just magical. The haptic feedback is just insane! I can't get enough of it.
Having two sound cards (one for the chat and one for the game) is really a genius idea. A small wheel allows you to adjust the balance between the two audio outputs. Not to mention the second wheel to manage the general volume.
The customization of the leds is easy to do.
I had trouble finding the dongle. Well, it's my fault, I should have read the manual, but the fact that it's hidden in the helmet is a great idea!
It happened to me to have disconnections but nothing really bad. It happened to me to see successive deco reco during several minutes (without understanding why while I was in front of my pc). I'm not sure why, but I did turn off the headset and the usb port where the dongle was. This is the reason for my score (9/10). Otherwise I can walk around my living room without any problem (no decoration). But when I start to go to another room, I have small decorations (but that's normal).
Otherwise I just have a little trouble adjusting the microphone. But it will come.
Just one thing, I plug in the headphones every night. I thought that by connecting and disconnecting the power cable I might break the connector (usb mini). That's why I invested in a cable with a magnetic connector (Amazon) and the combo is just perfect!
For me I don't regret my purchase. I just regret not buying it sooner!

It has a good weight for its size
I recommend it and even more if you already have razer equipment
The headset itself is of very good quality and the vibration system is very good and fully adjustable with synapse.
But there is a problem with the headband which is not secure: the earpieces are heavy and they fall down the ear after a few minutes. It's not a question of head size but of the weight of the system. I had to tape the system to my waist. Too bad for a new helmet. And even with that, the (quality) tape doesn't hold the weight of the earpieces.
After 1 day, I am delighted with the sound quality of this headset. The only remark is that it is absolutely necessary to make manual adjustments in order to have a pure sound, otherwise in Default the bass becomes very important.
