Comfort and quality
Very happy with this headset which allows me to use it wirelessly, both on PC and consoles (PS4, Switch)
I've been wearing it for 3 hours and I don't feel any discomfort, which is highly appreciable during long gaming/listening sessions
The headband adjustment system is much more comfortable than the classic adjustment on the sides of the headset. I was a bit sceptical at first but I'm convinced now :)
The headphones fit well in the ears without feeling hot.
I'm not a specialist in sound quality, but I'm happy with it (the bass and treble are very distinct)
The wireless receiver is much more efficient than Bluetooth, which allows me to move from my living room to my office without jerking and without loss.

I acquired this headset after an Arctis 7 basic edition was returned under warranty, which is now no longer available.
Compared to the basic version, I am frankly disappointed. On the plus side, the volume and balance knobs are slightly less sensitive. On the minus side, and this is an understatement, there is a big problem with the headphones sizzling on certain frequencies which did not exist before. See below for details.
