This is what I expected from the product and I am not disappointed, the quality is top and the seller welcomed me very well.
I was advised by an LDLC staff member to purchase this headset, and I am really very satisfied with it.
I recommend it.
The battery is pretty good, the microphone seems clear, not yet tested in gaming mode but I'm looking forward to it. It's a great interface on the phone for the different settings according to your tastes in music, film and even sound presets for a large list of PlayStation games, which I must admit is a BIG plus that makes Steelseries stand out a bit.Let's get back to the sound quality, the preset chosen (I'm always in music Bass effect mode) and it's pretty convincing both in FILMS sessions and for the music itself.Note however that you have a sound limiter mode so you don't burn your ears (deactivatable don't worry) which I find very useful anyway.how long will it be with me? that's the question.thank you to LDLC always so efficient in physical shop (Bourgoin jallieu) ????
I bought it for work. The product does the job, but the microphone is not optimal for calls in an open space.
it's been several weeks since i bought this headset. from the start it's been a disappointment... the pairing is not at all intuitive, the application is the same... but that's without taking into account the almost daily anomalies! i use the headset every day for between 3 and 6 hours.
- untimely shutdown without warning, I specify that the battery is green
- sometimes when restarting after a shutdown, the sound is just crackling
- unpairing for no reason... which is then a pain to do again

- the microphone is retractable and easy to adjust
- good grip on the head
all in all, I'm particularly disappointed with my purchase for this price... I used my Corsair HS80 easily and pleasantly for 2 years before having problems of this type
