Installed without any difficulty, the HDD works as I expected. Like all HDDs, to be seen in the long term.
The drives were well received and working. I have had many P300 series drives and am very happy with them, so I wasn't too worried.
I would like to thank the LDLC support for the return of the package that I had delivered by mistake to another city's shop.
I am very pleased with it at the moment, it was received very well packaged, it is fast and quiet.
I use this 2TB for data storage. To be seen in time.
Very (too) lightly packed, but it arrived intact.
I have been using P300s in my NAS for a few years. They are reliable, quiet, and the performance is what I need.

Very light packaging for hard drives....specially when you know the handling conditions during transport.
HDD at 7900rpm at the cheapest price, but has nothing to envy to the others.

Stuck with one drive for two OS (Linux and Windows 10), not wanting to spend a fortune, I ordered this one.
When I first sent it, the disk was defective (this happens with any item from anywhere). So I make a simple message explaining the symptoms.
The next day a reply from the after sales service, subject to promising a return within 15 days, he sends me another one quickly.
Promise made, which I receive very quickly that the second disc is being shipped.
I therefore sent back the defective disc free of charge.
To date, I have always been satisfied with LDLC's service, and I still am today. This little incident shows their efficiency. And this second disk works perfectly. No noise, fast (provided of course that you know how to use it ;) )

Purchased in January 2017.
It shows its first defects after 1 year and 2 months.
I have known other brands at the same price that are much more robust.
So I have to back up everything I can from now on... And get used to the idea of not being able to recover other sensitive data.
Let's wait and see about the warranty.
Vibration too .... the 2 units purchased have the same problem.
Not to be used as a main drive in a CPU.
Otherwise they work well and have no other problems than those mentioned above.

I had confidence in the brand which has a rather low failure rate, I deduce a manufacturing defect.
The rest of the disc is quite good for a mechanical and quiet. The disc that works continues to do so without showing any sign of fatigue for the moment.
I'm not the first toshiba, they are still very good drives that I continue to recommend and in particular this model, despite this small disappointment that will cost a star.
The hard drive doesn't work it's a little bit too hot for my taste but nothing at all even not recognized on any motherboard so unusable very disappointed with this hard drive brand toshiba no pro leme with wb
I bought this drive for a NAS. So far (one month after use) it is still working fine.
There are faster but much more expensive and usually much less quiet

The drive is very quiet and the read and write performance is excellent for the price.
This confirms the tests I read before selecting it. At this price it's hard to find anything better.
I am very satisfied with this hard drive, it is very polite and we can put a lot of things on the drive because 2TB is not nothing. I can only recommend this drive which does its job perfectly for a reasonable price.
After 1 month, it still works...Nothing exceptional, nor particularly brilliant. Arrived in top packaging, but shipping not very fast...but free shipping. To give a valid opinion we'll talk about it in 5 or 6 years?
So far I am extremely happy with this drive. It is very quiet. Adding it to my tower has not increased the noise at all, either at rest or in operation. As for its throughput, copying large files from my old drive to this one was done at 105MB/s sustained. I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one. The same from an SSD. so very good writing speed. It is very well noted on its rates of return (n°1: very very little return SAV) for the moment that good!
I will just mention the site and services, I did not get a small percentage of discount, but the price was very competitive, the packaging could have been more careful a layer of plastic bubbles between the products avoids shocks.but the hard drive works well.the follow-up and delay perfect.Bravo and soon Ldlc.

Perfect for a SAN/NAS
I saw on the internet that Toshiba was more reliable than WD and Seagate. So I went for this drive.
It is also much cheaper.
The performance is quite classic for a disk.
