A product that leaves me wanting more

As a fan of Asus for over twenty years, buying an Asus laptop seemed normal to me. Having a comfortable budget but nothing more, I chose this model during the last Black Friday.
Now it's time to take stock of this purchase.
The Chronopost service in the Nantes region is to be avoided, three deliveries for this product, twice the box exploded and opened and once the box crushed but closed. The shipping department could also provide better quality packaging for such fragile and expensive products.
The grip is good and the product is very pleasant to touch and to look at.
In terms of performance, I'm not disappointed with the product; it 'delivers the goods' when it counts.
Stability-wise, it's not the same melody. My laptop switches itself off and on again at random. It's like a big reset. The laptop has been sent 3 times to an Asus after-sales service (to Portugal via Germany, with a super carbon footprint) with a replaced motherboard, but always with the same symptom. The fourth time it was sent to the LDLC workshops (hats off to the team for their responsiveness and professionalism, it has to be said, when everything goes well) the laptop was replaced by a new one (after a purchase at the end of November and almost 2 months in the workshop/transportation) I told myself that the problem would be solved this time. Except that I have the same problem with the second one.
That's why I'm giving the score I'm giving. I'm going to start a new procedure with LDLC so that we can find a permanent solution because, after all, I'd like to have a computer that works properly all the time...
Maybe I've come across the wrong series or maybe it's the design of the machine that's causing this problem, I don't know.
In any case, this laptop is a whole saga for me...
