Processor power limited to 150W
Processor power limited to 150W. Information written nowhere when it is absolutely crucial.
This motherboard makes no sense because of the 150W max TDP. Ok the intel gen12's have a TDP under 150W, but that's without the boost. My i5 goes up to 210W base without modification just with the boost that sends it to 4.9GHz, but this motherboard drops the frequency after a few minutes to be at 150W.
Then they still dare to boast about the overclock capabilities of their shitty card when it can't even run a 12600k i5 out of the box.
It's a big no-no that this info is unavailable when Asrock clearly knows about it (BIOS limited to 150). I'm not sure how much it will cost me to get my processor to run.
Also only 1 of the 3 fan sockets supports 3 pin PWM fans. And 2 of the 3 sockets are controllable from the "FanControl" software in windows. The CPU_fan socket can only be controlled from the 4-pin BIOS (which is not too bad for that).
