Initially thrilled, but soon disappointed

After consulting various sites and video tests on the internet, I chose this helmet, which I thought was very interesting, seemed to be robust and, most importantly, had the "closed helmet" label.
I can say that it's a good headset, with good audio and a decent microphone, but it doesn't protect well against ambient noise, which is what it claims to do.
Since I plugged them in, I've regularly had the sound cut out, so I have to unplug them and plug them back in to get them working again (my computer is new and well set up, and the drivers are up to date).
What's more, after 6 months of use, the electronic box that adjusts the sound and muting has broken down, leaving the headphones as a simple earphone with no noticeable function.
Another point is that the headphone fabrics have torn, leaving the foam dangling, which is unacceptable for a headphone that cost €219.
Incidentally, I take great care of my equipment, the damage is not due to shock or abuse.
In short, I don't recommend this equipment, which looks well finished but whose reliability wasn't up to scratch in my case.
