    Beautiful and pleasant, but ... to be thrown away after 2 years

    This keyboard is a dream to use (especially with the volume control wheel, it's a total blast)
    It is beautiful and the lighting is really impressive.
    The only negative point is that the lighting modes can only be changed when the SWARM software is running, so under Linux, it becomes a very nice normal keyboard with no customization possibilities.
    On the other hand, very bad point:
    After two years of use, some of the keys are starting to lose their touch.
    You blow on it and it starts again, except that after a few months, it starts again and it spreads to other keys.
    After contacting Roccat, for this keyboard, the key switches are soldered to the bottom of the keyboard, so it's not possible to replace them.
    The keyboard is just good for the bin! What a waste of money and ecology!
    I saw on their website that they now make keyboards with optical switches that can be replaced.
    I'm not sure if I'll buy this brand again, but one thing is for sure, I'll make sure the switches can be changed/replaced!

    Long-term purchase forgotten

    I bought this keyboard in 2019, the keyboard is starting to have the same problems as everyone else with the keys, for the price you would expect at least 5+ years.

    Beautiful, but ...

    I used this keyboard for 1 year and was very satisfied with it, then the following year I was forced to stop using my fixed computer and therefore this keyboard. I've been using this keyboard for a year and was very happy with it, then the following year I was forced to stop using my desktop computer and this keyboard, unfortunately since then some of the keys don't work or double click (or even triple click) so one time I don't have any N's and the next time I have 3. I have never mistreated this product and I bought it because I had several Roccat mice that I could not complain about. It has been a year now and I am really getting tired of it. I'm going to change my keyboard.
    I have tried to clean it though....
    Also, while researching I discovered that I was far from being the only one to have these problems.

    An excellent keyboard!

    As said in the title, this keyboard is really excellent! It's a little jewel, as much in the look as in the touch! The brushed aluminium plate is of the most beautiful effect, very pleasant to the touch (cold!) and participates largely has the impression of solidity which emerges from the keyboard! It's an all-mechanical keyboard, less noisy than most membrane or even chiclet keyboards I've seen, and with a particularly soft feel. ¨No need to force on the keys, this one presses all alone, without resistance, and very quickly. I'm not sure if it's the same as a chiclet keyboard, but it's thicker, which is very nice. In addition, the low-profile design of the keycaps is very well thought out and allows you to press them without ripping, whatever the angle of attack, and even with slightly wet hands.
