There are many possible configurations including 802.1Q rules
I used to have a tp link of the same type but it is not manageable. The price is justified because of the remote VLAN configuration, 802.1Q rules, low power consumption and other useful parameters.

Very good product, easy to use and well manufactured
I recommend it even if the price is a bit excessive. I really wish you would review your delivery point as it is very, very bad and gives a bad image of your company.
The performance seems to be consistent with the product's range. The POE works as expected and we like the low power consumption and the silence it provides...
