I have been using it with another dlink DGS switch (not poe) and a dlink DSR500 router for my home network.
The only problem is that it gets very hot (you can barely keep your hand on the underside of the box near the RJ45 ports). This should be taken into account if you plan to install it in a closed and unventilated place...
