The problem was Chronopost, which was unable to find an address in Paris three days in a row!
However, inside, the hard drives were fairly well packaged and held up well.
LDLC was very fair and reimbursed me for the cost of delivery.
Apart from this adventure, I'm very happy with this purchase.
After installing one of the two hard disks, I realised that it wasn't working and I'm waiting for a replacement.
disk bought for a NAS. first disk failure after 3 months, then disk completely down 3 months later.
Unnecessarily tedious warranty return process, in short, we're just not going to use this brand!

Ordered two WESTERN DIGITAL WD RED PLUS 4 TO 256 MO, one failed within a week, after simply trying to copy data on it.
Purchased to replace old discs that no longer had SMART data. The disks were well packed and protected in the parcel. Strangely, when I reconfigured the NAS (DS216+II), they appeared to be incompatible.
They have been working for three weeks with no apparent problems. To be continued...

The drive was received very quickly. It was intended for a Synology NAS (increased capacity) and works perfectly although it is not on the compatibility list. I ordered another one.
Very happy with its arrival. Product arrived in less than 2 weeks and follow-up notifications were very satisfactory.
